Refund policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

At Kuro Republic, we accept returns ONLY under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective (manufacturing defect, print error, damage during transit)

  • The wrong product was delivered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong item)

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that do not fit — please check the size chart carefully before ordering

  • Products where the customer dislikes the quality, color, or feel

  • Change of mind after order placement or delivery

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

4.2 Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

4.3 How to Raise a Return Request

  • Provide your Order ID, clear photographs of the product, and a description of the issue

  • Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days

  • If approved, we will share return shipping instructions

Do NOT ship back any product without prior written approval from our team.

4.4 Return Shipping

If your return request is approved as eligible, Kuro Republic will bear the cost of return shipping. We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

4.5 Refund Methods

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days:

  • Original Payment Source: Refund to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking). Note: Razorpay payment gateway charges are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Store Credit: Full refund value as store credit (no deductions), redeemable on future orders.

The customer may choose their preferred refund method at the time of raising a return request.

4.6 COD Orders – Non-Refundable Partial Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any partial payment or booking amount collected at the time of order is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, or refusals at delivery.

4.7 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if dispatch has not occurred.

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
