Shipping policy

3.1 Order Processing & Dispatch

All Kuro Republic products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis. Processing times vary by product:

  • Standard products: Dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation

  • Custom and select products: Dispatched within 4 working days of order confirmation

Working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3.2 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We ship pan-India through Delhivery and BlueDart.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 working days after dispatch (depending on location).

  • All domestic orders include shipment tracking.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for eligible pin codes.

  • Partial COD payment collected at the time of order confirmation is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including order cancellations.

3.3 International Shipping

We currently support international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

  • International orders are processed via Shiprocket.

  • International shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country and customs processing.

Note: Kuro Republic is not responsible for delays or fees arising from customs clearance in the destination country.

3.4 Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order using the carrier's official tracking portal or through the link provided.

3.5 Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, natural events, public holidays, or courier service disruptions. Kuro Republic is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or factors outside our control.

3.6 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Kuro Republic is not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
