Kuro Republic is a fan merchandise and lifestyle brand operated as a partnership firm by Tejas Bavadekar and Yugandhar Desai, based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. We specialize in anime-inspired fan art merchandise including apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.

1.3 Fan Art & Intellectual Property Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Kuro Republic creates and sells original fan art-inspired merchandise. Our designs are created by independent artists and are inspired by anime and pop culture.

  • Kuro Republic does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights belonging to original anime studios, publishers, or creators.

  • All fan art sold on our platform is transformative in nature and intended for personal use and fan appreciation.

  • If you are a rights holder and believe any content infringes your IP, please contact us immediately at contact.kurorepublic@gmail.com.

  • Kuro Republic reserves the right to remove any product from sale at its sole discretion in response to valid IP claims.

1.4 Product Information

  • All products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis through our production partner.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration differences and print processes.

  • Sizing guides are provided as reference; we recommend checking measurements before ordering.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.

1.5 Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

  • Partial payment of COD orders is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

  • Kuro Republic reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

1.6 User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Kuro Republic platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or harass staff or third parties in connection with our services.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuro Republic and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

1.8 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
